ISITAB.com constitutes a single, centralized Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technological infrastructure, operated by one legal entity, through which the core software architecture, functionalities, data processing, security controls, and system governance are developed, controlled, and maintained. Hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”.
The Platform is made available to Users through localized digital deployments, subdomains, or country-specific access points, as well as through authorized operational representatives, solely for purposes of localization, regulatory alignment, and service facilitation within each jurisdiction, without affecting the centralized nature, ownership, or operation of the Platform.

Platform Structure and International Deployment
ISITAB.com constitutes the core and centralized technological infrastructure of the Platform, serving as the system through which the Platform’s software, core functionalities, security controls, and operational logic are developed, maintained, and governed (the “Master Platform”).
The Platform operates under a centralized Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, whereby a single technological solution is made available to authorized Users through localized digital access points, such as country-specific subdomains or localized versions, solely for purposes of language adaptation, regulatory alignment, and operational coordination within each jurisdiction.
The native mobile application functions exclusively as a secure access interface to the Platform’s services and does not operate as an independent, standalone, or separate software product.
Notwithstanding the existence of localized access points, all versions, modules, and country-specific deployments remain technically integrated into and fully dependent upon the Master Platform operated by SIXTH SENSE SOLUTIONS CORP. No localized version constitutes a separate platform, independent software product, or autonomous technological system.
For operational and administrative purposes, the Company may appoint authorized local representatives or partners in certain jurisdictions to facilitate onboarding, support, compliance, or commercial coordination. Such representatives act solely in an operational or representative capacity and do not own, control, license, modify, or independently operate the Platform.
All intellectual property rights, software development, system architecture, data processing operations, security controls, and platform governance remain exclusively under the ownership and control of SIXTH SENSE SOLUTIONS CORP., regardless of the geographic location of Users or the existence of localized access points.
The use of localized versions or country-specific access points does not imply the existence of separate legal entities, distinct applications, or different platform operators, nor does it alter the Company’s role as the sole operator of the Platform.
Source of Funds and Revenue Model
The Platform operates under a Business-to-Business (B2B) model, providing software tools to legal entities for the management of real-world condominium and community operations.
The Company generates revenue by granting access to the Platform’s software services, offered under time-based access plans (e.g., monthly or annual access), exclusively to legal entities.
Any payments made to the Company correspond solely to the provision of software services and authorized ancillary services related to real-world community administration.
The Platform does not sell digital goods, digital content, or consumer subscriptions within the mobile application.
Payment execution, when applicable, is handled outside the mobile application environment by regulated financial institutions or authorized third-party service providers.
The Company does not intermediate, process, hold, custody, or manage funds belonging to legal customers or end users.
All amounts received by the Company represent compensation for the SaaS services provided and do not involve the management of user funds or third-party assets.
Non-Financial Nature Statement
The Company is not a financial institution and does not provide banking, payment processing, payment intermediation, fund custody, or regulated financial services.
At no time does the Company receive, safeguard, retain, or administer funds on behalf of legal customers or end users.
Any functionality within the Platform that references monetary values, balances, calculations, or records is provided solely as a technological and informational tool to support real-world administrative activities.
All financial decisions, data input, and use of such information are determined exclusively by the legal customer and/or authorized users.
